  1. Go to the Toloka site. The tasks page opens. You can complete whatsoever bachelor job.

Attention. If the site's main folio opens, make sure that the username at the tiptop of the page matches your username in Toloka. If the username is wrong, click on information technology, then click Log out, choose the right username and enter the password.

If you don't remember your username or password, go to the Restore access page.

  1. Cheque if the username is at the superlative of the page:

    There is no username

    Click the Log in button at the top of the folio, choose the username and enter your password. If you lot don't recall your username or password, go to the Restore access page.

    Wrong username
    Click on information technology and then click Log out. Cull the right username and enter the password.

  2. Check your email address and phone number:

    Go to Yandex ID and link your telephone number. We demand your number to send the SMS code. Also make sure to enter your email accost.

    A user with the phone number specified in your account is already registered in Toloka. Check the number in Yandex ID.

    If the number is correct, information technology ways you didn't previously register in Toloka with another username. Employ Restoring access.

    Attention. According to the User Understanding, a user can accept only one account in Toloka.

If yous don't remember your credentials in Toloka, apply Restoring access.

If you deleted your account in Toloka, you can't register again or restore the deleted account.

Co-ordinate to theUser Agreement:

  • The user may take only one account in Toloka.

  • The user must have a unique telephone number.

To change your phone number, go to Yandex ID and change your primary number.

In the web version of Toloka, your username is shown in the upper-right corner, next to the avatar. If your name or nickname is displayed side by side to the avatar, click on the avatar. The username will be shown in the window that opens.

If you use the Toloka mobile app, choose the platform:

Open the bill of fare past tapping at the top of the screen. Your username is at the pinnacle next to the avatar.
